We have since been asked to submit a draft contract for board approval. We should have final GC bid results within a week or two. Once we have a definitive answer we will let everyone know. Bid Due Date: TBD Current Update: The owner of the three properties above is currently trying to generate tenant interest. Once they have pre-leases signed on some of the larger retail spaces they plan to move forward with construction. The projects will be re-bid at that time. |
