Renovation & Restoration

Each renovation/restoration project comes with a unique set of challenges not typically encountered in new construction.

Many times assemblies must be modified to comply with current codes and hidden deterioration replaced with modern materials while retaining original architecture and/or preserving the "Historic" significance of each detail.
